Delivery & Availability

All parts are delivered via private courier service. We deliver parts from Monday to Friday and offer standard delivery and express delivery. We do our best to ensure the most popular items are in stock at all times and endeavor to dispatch all stock items same day if ordered before 12pm. Non-stock items will be dispatched as soon as they are available from the manufacturer. These items will usually be dispatched within 3-5 working days but occasionally it can take longer for some parts to become available.
 
We can accept all major credit and debit cards. Simply place your order by phone with your card details, and we will process the payment and dispatch your order.

If you choose standard delivery you should receive your parts within the lead time frame indicated above. All parcels will require a signature, therefore please ensure someone will be available at the delivery address
 
Delivery Conditions
 
  • Delivery prices quoted are for guideline only and may vary. A precise delivery price will be quoted at the time of placing your order.  
  • Prices quoted are based on goods not exceeding the courier's standard dimensions.
  • Excludes Offshore Islands, Highlands and Islands or any other remote locations our courier may not provide a service for.
  • All delivery times are approximate and can be delayed due to circumstances out side of our control. Euro Trailer Parts shall not be liable for any delays in delivery however caused.
  • Most courier deliveries will be made between approximately 8.30am and 5.30pm and will require a signature upon delivery.
  • Individual items which are ordered in specifically for a customer must be paid in full prior to the order being placed.
  • Part returns are subject to Euro Trailer Parts discretion and must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Returns will only be accepted if the supplier is willing to accept the returned goods (if applicable), if the parts have not been fitted and if they are in a re-sellable condition. All part returns are subject to a 30% handling fee and the customer is responsible for any charges incurred for returning goods to Euro Trailer Parts or their suppliers (if applicable). These costs will be deducted from the value of goods being credited.
  • If your item is Over-Sized or Over-Weight you may incur an additional Price. If this is the case you will be notified once your order is placed.
  • No deliveries will be made on Sunday’s or Bank/Public holidays
